The HD-FOX T2 was first available in February 2010. The HD-FOX T2 boxes are on iPlayer version 2. Their last software update was dated July 2012. That software update did not include the necessary software to enable the boxes to support MHEG-5 reliant versions of iPlayer. The hardware is capable of supporting it.
